24H/24H you can join us for any problem of a medical nature. Our teams are conveyed and can intervene constantly.
Because of the material we have, we are autonomous and do not depend on anybody.
The emergency service is only dedicated to our customers with which we offer the following services:
• Medical organization of evacuation (details below)
• Request for control of a doctor in residence
• Ask taking away residence
• Medical opinion remotely
• Sending of drugs nonavailable on the territory
• Ask appointment with a specialist on the territory and/or outside
Our mission of organization and installation of the medical evacuation starts as from the moment when we are elected, until the patient returns in his residence.
Here is a more detailed plan:
1-Medical diagnosis
2-Making appointment and hospital reservation
3-Installation of the most adapted means of transport (airliner or private aircraft), with ambulance on the tarmac on arrival if necessary
4- Ask of visa if necessary
5- Organization of lodging and transport if there is accompanying (fees in charge of the accompagnying)
6- Medical follow-up of the state of the patient, in order to inform the person designated by the patient to receive important information
7- Organization of the return of the patient to his residence
